Banquet room will not be Guaranteed unless a deposit is received

Food, Liquor, wine or other beverages cannot be brought into the banquet room from outside sources.

No confetti or rice can be used on the Brookside property. An additional cleaning charge may be added to your final bill.

White or colored linens are available at an additional charge.

We Reserve the right under the state liquor law of New York to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone.

We are not responsible for stolen items.

Payment will be made the day of the function. Cash, Debit Cards and Credit
Cards are accepted. Personal Checks accepted. There is a 6% charge on credit cards over $1500. There is a $75 charge plus bank fees for a returned check.

If your function requires split menu selections, it is your responsibility to provide a color-coded seating chart to ensure proper service. Any food items may be interchangeable into any package. Additional charges may apply.

Prices subject to change without prior notice. An 18% service charge and sales tax will be added to the entire bill. Certain minimum room requirements may be required for weekend functions.

Cancellations – if your party is cancelled 90 days before your scheduled event you will receive a full refund minus deposit; 60 day cancellation – 1/2 refund minus deposit; 30 day cancellation – no refund of deposit money. Refunds of deposit money are returned in the manner in which you paid
